We use football as the conduit for change. Football is a universal language. We give a platform to people with lived experiences of mental health difficulties to share in a safe and ethical way. A structured, football-based programme that integrates physical activity with mental health support. Sessions combine training, peer support, and mental health education to improve mental well-being, reduce stress, and foster communication in male-dominated environments.
